Ailish’s fruit kebabs

Ailish shares a tasty tutti-frutti fruit kebab recipe. The perfect addition to your Afternoon Tea.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of strawberries
  • 1 pack of raspberries
  • 1 pack of grapes
  • 1 pineapple (cut into pieces)
  • Kiwis (cut into pieces)
  • Satsumas (peeled and separated into segments)

(Note: You can substitute or swap any ingredients as you please)

 

Method:

  1. Wash all of your fruit
  2. Using skewers, start to assemble your fruit kebabs. I like to put a piece of every fruit on the skewer, but you can assemble them however you like
  3. Serve the colourful kebabs on a plate for guests

 

Ailish’s top tip:

With leftover fruit, you can create a fruit salad or make fruit ice cubes. That way nothing goes to waste!
