Deleting your Becca app account

Becca, the breast cancer support app, is your pocket companion to primary breast cancer.

1. Log in to your account

If you have not done so already, please log in to your account by selecting log in from the menu and providing your email and password.

Tap the menu icon. This is either in the top right or bottom right of your screen — Tap or click the menu icon in the top right or bottom right of your screen.

Scroll to 'log in' and tap to open log in page — Scroll down to the 'Log in' option in the menu.

Enter email and password and tap sign in — Enter your log in details.

2. Choose delete account from the menu

Once you are logged in, you will need to choose delete account from the menu.

Tap the menu icon. This is either in the top right or bottom right of your screen — Tap the menu icon the same as when you logged in.

Scroll down and tap the 'delete account' option — Scroll down to the 'Delete account' option in the menu.

3. Confirm you would like to delete your account

You will be asked to confirm you would like to delete your account. Select Yes, delete my account to remove your account. We will remove your email address and password from our database.

You can select No, take me back if you have changed your mind and would not like to delete your account.
