Complete a survey to help We Are Undefeatable develop resources to support people with long-term health conditions to be active in a way that works for them.
We Are Undefeatable is a movement that Breast Cancer Now has collaborated on and supported for a number of years. The campaign aims to support people with a range of long-term health conditions to be active. It was developed by 15 leading health and social care charities and is backed by expertise, insight and significant National Lottery funding from Sport England.
The campaign supports and encourages you to find ways to be active that work for you and your health condition. Being Undefeatable is understanding that how you feel can change from day-to-day, that everybody’s situation is unique, and that moving more when you can is just as important as accepting when you can’t.
