Help us connect with new corporate partners

What’s the project about?

Our corporate partnerships team are dedicated to creating strategic, impactful, and empowering partnerships with the largest companies present in the UK.

These partnerships spread awareness about breast cancer, equip people with the knowledge of how to prioritise breast health and raise funds to support ongoing research and support. And they also but also help the companies meet their business aims and goals.

We work with companies like Asda, M&S, Primark, Everyone Active, Karen Millen and Anne Summers to support people across the UK who’ve been impacted by breast cancer. These partnerships help us raise anywhere between £25,000 and £5 million a year.

Our team is always looking for new partnerships with organisations who we can work with long term.

We want to talk to you about the companies you work or have worked for, to find out what their priorities and aims are. This will help us understand who to approach about new partnerships.

We also want to ask you whether you’d be willing to make connections for us, to help us talk to the right people in your industry or business.

Who can take part?

We’d love to talk to people who

• Work or have worked in any of the following industries: Fast moving consumer goods, finance, insurance, beauty retail, fashion retail, general retail, travel, leisure, or hospitality

• Work or have worked for a company whose annual turnover is £100 million or more

• Are happy to share insights with us about what your company looks for in a partnership, and to possibly introduce us to the right people.

Why do you want me to be involved?

It can be hard to make connections with new companies. By talking to you, we can understand who’s best to contact. We also know that it’s easier to make connections when we have a personal introductions. So, by introducing us to the right people, you can help us create new partnerships and secure vital funding for our work.

What will you ask me to do?

We’d like to have a 30-minute call with you. This can be at a time that works for you.

During the call, we’d like you to tell us a bit about the company that you’ve worked for. We’ll ask you about its values and previous partnerships. We’ll also ask about how best to approach them, what they look for in a charity partnership, and other things.

We’ll also ask you about any connections that you have, and whether you’d be willing to introduce us to the right people so we can start a conversation.

How do I get involved?

If you’re interested in having a call, please fill out our expression of interest form. It’ll take about 5 minutes, and you’ll be able to tell us when works best for you for a call.

We’ll also ask you which sector you work or have worked in, so we can make sure that the right team member contacts you.
