Ever used our website or interacted online? Help us shape the online digital experience and improve it for others by sharing your experience and insights.
As our website and online service users, you’re at the heart of everything we do. We know we can improve our online support to all our diverse users, so we’re excited to be getting started on this project to build a new Breast Cancer Now website and Forum, to offer everyone the type of support they deserve.
We have now developed our survey for you to share with us everything you think is good or could be improved about using our website and interacting online.
We’ve been working closely with our experienced digital partner, who has worked with many other charities, and a number of their team have personal experience of breast cancer themselves.
They’ve helped us review the current websites and digital offering, and have been learning more about our work, our goals and our strategy. We’ll then work with them to put all this information together with the insights and experiences that you’ll share in this survey to look for user-friendly, innovative ways to help us deliver it for you.
We can’t wait to hear what you have to say.
As part of the project, we’ll have multiple opportunities over the coming months for you to be involved in shaping our new website and our future digital presence. Your voice and experience is really important to us as we deliver our mission to be recognised as the place to turn for information and support on all aspects of breast cancer.
Firstly, we’d love you to share your thoughts and experiences of using our website and interacting online in our survey, and let us know if you’re interested in being interviewed.
This is the first of a number of opportunities throughout the project, which will help us better understand your needs, wants, experiences and issues when interacting with us online.
You don’t need to be an internet whizz! Anyone can take part if you have access to the internet so you can view the website and complete the survey online.
This opportunity has expired. You can check out our Share your voice page for more ways to get involved.
