The Scottish Cancer Network want to hear your experiences to help create a resource to give people with cancer in Scotland access to information and support.
The Scottish Cancer Network is running a project to create a Cancer Patient Pathway. This will describe a journey from diagnosis through to follow up / end of life care from the patient perspective, providing and signposting to useful information, guidance and resources.
The pathway aims to support patients, carers and families looking for information, resources and treatment options available – to ensure cancer patients gain greater control over decisions and actions affecting their health.
By sharing your experiences, you can make sure that the Scottish Cancer Network know what is important to you, what has worked well, and what you feel is missing.
You’ll be asked to complete a short online questionnaire.
In the questionnaire you’ll also have the chance to get more involved by opting in to have a one-to-one meeting with Scottish Cancer Network. These will let you share your experiences in more detail.
Anyone who has been diagnosed with or had treatment for cancer in the last 5 years, carers and family members.
This opportunity has expired. You can check out our Share your voice page for more ways to get involved.
