Evaluating the impact of our health information

Categories: Patient & Carer

Complete an online survey about our health information to help us understand the impact of our resources, and what we could do better.

What’s the project about?

We’re evaluating the impact of the health information we offer to people affected by breast cancer, and we’d like to hear from you.

This will help us to understand what benefits people get from using these resources, as well as what we could be doing better.

We're inviting you to fill out a survey where you can tell us about anything positive that you got from using our health information. You can also tell us about anything that didn’t work well, and your suggestions about how we could improve the information we offer.

Who can take part?

Anyone who’s used our health information, either online or printed resources, in the last 2 years.

Why do you want me to be involved?

By completing our survey, you’ll help us evaluate the impact of the information and support we give to you, and other people affected by breast cancer. This is important, as it helps us know where we’ve done well, and what we need to improve to better support people affected by breast cancer.

The results of this survey will also help us to show our impact to supporters. And this helps us raise money we need to keep our services going

What will you ask me to do?

We’d like to you complete an online survey. The survey is anonymous and should take about 10 minutes.

Later on in this project, we’ll be running online focus groups with survey respondents. If this is something you might be interested in, there’s an opportunity to provide your contact details for us to get in touch.
