Help improve research for older people living with or beyond cancer

Help researchers understand how to better understand what the priorities in cancer research should be in work that aims to understand barriers for older adults in research.

What’s the project about?

Older adults over the age of 65 are the age group most frequently diagnosed with breast cancer. Despite this, they are often under-represented in research.

This research aims to better understand what the priorities should be for research that works to better understand cancer survivorship in older adults. This includes better understanding barriers that can block people from participating in research.

What are the criteria for taking part?

Older adults aged 65 or older who are living with or beyond cancer. Caregivers and/or family members, advocacy professionals and academic researchers can also take part.
