My Story podcast: Support and advice for people with breast cancer

In this special episode of our podcast, we've pulled together some of the best advice our guests have shared over the last season. Whether you've been recently diagnosed or just need a positive pick-me-up, this has something for everyone.

Every person's experience is unique

There isn't a right or wrong way to live with a breast cancer diagnosis, and no two people will react to the news in the same way. But there are often things that help with the mental, physical and emotional side effects of treatment.

In this special episode, we’ve brought together some of the best helpful hints and pieces of advice that our wonderful guests had to share. You'll hear from people with both primary and secondary diagnoses, from men and women - and from those who are supporting a loved one with breast cancer.

We want to thank everyone who gave us their time and got involved with this season of the podcast - we couldn't have done any of this without you.

Everyone’s experience is unique to them. This podcast contains the personal story and experience of the speaker, rather than that of Breast Cancer Now.
