We’ve never needed you to bake those cakes, prepare those sandwiches and brew that tea more. Whether you go Earl Grey or Yorkshire, crusts on or off, cream first or jam, we’ll be here for you every step of the way to help make sure your Afternoon Tea is fun and full of laughs.

But, most importantly, however you want to hold your tea we all need to make sure we follow the latest government guidance so we can all stay safe and well.

Order your fundraising kit

The first step is to register for your Afternoon Tea kit, it’s full of fabulous fundraising materials such as posters, bunting and a donation box! To sign up, just fill out our super simple form.

Set a date

Decide a date this year to have your Afternoon Tea, then send out the lovely invitations from your fundraising kit to your guests. Check that your guests are happy to receive invitations by post, or send them their invite over email.

Having an Afternoon Tea at your house? Make sure you only invite the maximum number of guests as allowed by the latest government guidelines. Make sure you think about the space in your house or garden, and how you can make sure you abide by the latest Government measures.

Thinking about having a virtual Afternoon Tea? Check out our blog on how to hold a virtual Afternoon Tea.

Making donating as easy as one click

Setting up a JustGiving page can be a great way to virtually raise funds! It’s quick and easy to set up, you can share the link on social media and include it on your invitations and on your poster.

It also gives people who can’t take part in your Afternoon Tea the opportunity to donate.

Games and activities

Make use of the fun games in your fundraising pack, or get creative and come up with your own activities for your guests to enjoy. Make sure you think about how people can take part safely, and within Government guidelines. We also have games and activities that you can download from our website.

Whether it’s an Afternoon Tea quiz, biscuit Olympics, or hoopla in the garden, remember to ask for a donation to take part. Every donation will help to make sure we can be there to support anyone affected by breast cancer today and give that much-needed hope for the future.
